Ergoworks has consulted on activity based working projects for both government and private sector employers around Australia. Typically we work with architects at a concept design stage, then assist with furniture selection and procurement, and finally formulate implementation strategies for the training of employees moving into the new work environment. This input from a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) can be used to satisfy the ergonomic component of achieving Green Star certification.
Getting ergonomics right saves employers money. By looking in detail at the intended outputs and activities that take place at each work setting, we can ensure that the best possible fit is provided for all employees to work comfortably and productively. This ultimately reduces musculoskeletal complaints and WorkCover costs.
