Ergonomist services to address the ergonomic needs of the user through design/selection of work settings, equipment and furniture. Pilot space/orientation sessions conducted pre and post move, and workstation adjustment guide video created for users to access post move. Small group presentations and floorwalking for staff was provided post-occupancy to ensure ergonomic principles were being practically implemented. Focus group sessions and monthly survey reviews as part of pilot project to capture user experience and potential learnings.
